Crowne Plaza Kochi By Ihg Hotel

Had a pretty smooth business trip. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi. Loved the breakfast buffet; there was plenty of variety to kickstart the day! The cozy lounge and bar area made for great spots to unwind after work.

The hotel's location—quite far from the city center, so walking wasn’t really an option. I also found the bathroom lighting a bit dim, which made things tricky. it was a solid stay, just a few minor hiccups!

I stayed for three nights for business purposes and couldn't be happier with my experience. The warm and attentive staff elevated my stay, making it enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and equipped with great Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast selection and the well-equipped gym. A standout was the stunning lake view from my room—coffee with that backdrop was pure bliss. Plus, the Sohum Spa offered a serene atmosphere and really good treatments.

I can just recommend this hotel.

I was really frustrated with the check-in process. After insisting, we finally got the right room but were separated onto different floors.

Our stay there was very nice. The hotel was wonderful with particularly good location in a beautifully landscaped gardens. The breakfast spread was awesome with international cuisine, scrumptious spread and also a reasonable spread- served. The staff was very courteous and exceptionally kind, offered us concierge service and ironing free of charge. Location: the property was not far from the Indian restaurant on the 2nd night and crowne plaza in UAE. The place was really close to Latest Recipe, where you can have dinner.

Appreciated how beautifully designed and good standard the property was and its incredibly kind staff from the security person to the managers. The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. Good and stunning location for my stay.

I had a fantastic experience here with easy strolls to nearby Abad Nucleus Mall and the Kerala Folklore Museum, both offering unique sights that enhanced my weekend getaway vibe.

Charming Stay with Nice Service

Our family enjoyed a good 4-night stay. Special thanks to a wonderful staff member whose warm demeanor. The Kerala cuisine at the on-site restaurant was amazing. Opt for a city view room for fine sunsets!

We enjoyed a fine boat cruise exploring the backwaters and the serene beauty of the area. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite good but can be a bit crowded at times.

The check-in process could use some improvement. It took longer than expected, and I had to wait even though we arrived on time.

I had an very nice experience unwinding in a spacious room, perfectly complemented by the amazing backwater views. The food was consistently great, especially the delicious lamb chops! I’d gladly return.
